Police are appealing for help to locate Raymond Best, a 38-year-old man who was last seen earlier today. Raymond was spotted in Rahia Street, Porirua, at around 1:25 PM, and concerns have been raised for his wellbeing.
Police currently do not have a recent photograph of Raymond, but he is described as being of Pasifika descent, standing approximately 185 cm tall, and of stocky build. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a red t-shirt and blue rugby shorts.
Authorities are urging anyone who may have seen someone matching this description to call 111 immediately and reference file number 240920/0848.
