Mana College has implemented a strict no-cell-phone policy, aligning with a government mandate to create distraction-free learning environments and tackle issues like online bullying. The initiative, known as “Phones Away for the Day,” requires students to leave their phones at home or keep them off and stored in their bags during school hours.
Under the policy, students found using phones during class will have the devices confiscated. These will be returned at the end of the school day from the office. Repeat offenders may have their families contacted by the Dean to discuss the matter further.
For urgent communication, parents and students are encouraged to use the school office as an intermediary. The school thanks parents and caregivers for their support in reinforcing this initiative.
