The 2 Hour Business Plan
Target audience: Emerging businesses

Date: Thursday 26 August 2010
Time: 9.30 11.30am
Venue: Nature Coast Enterprise training room, Lindale

In this practical workshop you will develop a business plan for your business covering the next 12 to 18 months. In just two hours, you will develop a business plan that:

Defines your personal and business goals for the next 12 to 18 months

Highlights what is really working well and where you could be working smarter in your business

Establishes a clear financial objective and how that relates to increasing sales and clients

Includes opportunities which you had previously never thought of

Defines five to six points of focus that you are committed to working on, with a set of strategies and actions to support these.

The session will get straight to the point, and get you started with a very simple and straightforward marketing plan. You will:

Understand how marketing can help your business and how to link to your business planning.

Develop the first draft of your own marketing plan.

Work out who in your business will take ownership and responsibility for implementing your marketing plan.

All fees must be paid before attending any course.

Members of Nature Coast Enterprise will receive a 10% discount on the total fee paid.

Businesses who send multiple participants to any one course will receive a 10% discount on the total fee paid.

A substitute attendee is welcome to attend if the nominated attendee is unable to.

Cancellation Policy: Nature Coast Training Programme
If you cancel your attendance or do not attend the course the following refunds of course fees will be made:

1.Cancellation within five working days of the course delivery 90% of fee paid
2.Cancellation within 24 hours of the course delivery 50% of fee paid
3.Cancellation later than 24 hours of the course delivery No refund payable

A substitute attendee is welcome to attend if the nominated attendee is unable to.

A full refund will be paid if any course is cancelled by the Nature Coast Training Programme.
